OUR STORY
With our Southern roots and growing up in Brooklyn NY, we were exposed to a diverse group of ethnicities, values and FLAVORS and our cuisine reflects that. We began by providing lunch to a coworker; Then one person turned to two, two to four, etc. Before we knew it, we had so many orders that we had to rent out a commercial kitchen to keep up with the demand. Thats when we decided to create the company Grillfire Gourmet! We took culinary, food safety, and business classes as well as team up with mentors to ensure we would be giving our patrons the best we have to offer. We are also a Certified Minority Owned Enterprise by the NYC Mayor's office.
